Our buses operate across designated routes and pickup points, supported by trained drivers and attendants. The school transport team regularly monitors operations to ensure that students travel in a secure and comfortable environment.
To enhance safety and provide greater convenience to parents, the school may provide GPS-based bus tracking facilities for school transportation.
Parents can use the designated tracking system to monitor the movement of the bus and plan their child's pickup and drop-off accordingly.

1. Boarding & Drop-Off
• Students must reach their designated bus stop 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Students should board and alight only at their designated bus stop.
• Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that younger students are accompanied at the designated pick-up and drop-off points.
• Changes in pick-up or drop-off locations must be communicated to the school transport department in advance and will be subject to approval.
2. Discipline & Student Conduct
• Students must remain seated throughout the journey and follow the instructions of the Bus Attendant (Aayaben), Driver, and Transport Staff.
• Students must maintain appropriate behaviour and use respectful language.
• Shouting, fighting, bullying, teasing, or disturbing other passengers is strictly prohibited.
• Students must not stand, move around, or lean out of the bus windows while the vehicle is in motion.
• Students must keep the bus clean and avoid damaging school transport property.
3. Safety & Security
• All school buses are operated with a strong focus on student safety and security.
• Buses are equipped with GPS tracking systems for route monitoring and operational oversight.
• CCTV surveillance, wherever applicable, supports safe and responsible travel.
• Essential safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, is maintained in the buses.
• A trained Bus Attendant (Aayaben) accompanies students to assist with boarding, seating, supervision, and safe drop-off.
4. Safety During Travel
• Students must wear seat belts wherever provided.
• Students should not distract the driver under any circumstances.
• No student is permitted to open or operate emergency exits unless instructed by authorised transport personnel.
• Students must immediately report any safety concern or inappropriate behaviour to the Bus Attendant or school authorities.
5. Transport Timings & Punctuality
• Transport timings may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, road diversions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Parents are requested to be punctual and ensure that students are ready at their designated stop.
• The school may revise routes or timings when required for operational and safety reasons.
6. Communication & Changes
• Any request for a change in transport facility, route, bus stop, or transport arrangement must be submitted through the prescribed school procedure.
• Transport-related concerns should be communicated to the School Transport Department during the designated communication hours.
• Parents are requested to avoid giving transport-related instructions directly to the driver or Bus Attendant.
7. Prohibited Items
Students must not carry any item that may pose a risk to themselves or others during the journey.
• Sharp or hazardous objects
• Flammable materials
• Unsafe electronic or recreational items
• Any item prohibited under school rules
8. Parent Cooperation
A safe transport system depends on the cooperation of students, parents, drivers, attendants, and the school. Parents are requested to familiarise themselves and their child with these regulations and encourage responsible behaviour while using school transport.
